• You introduce, build and maintain existing code bases, extend APIs, and improve client data structures and backend network requests.
• You suggest continuous improvements in user interface, software architecture or new technologies.

• You lead your team by example and strive to find good solutions for new and existing problems.

Because you have a lot to offer!

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent work experience.
• You have 8+ years of experience in software development.
• You have already led or mentored software engineers.
• You have strong experience with AI methodologies (e.g. Rag, Function Calling, Prompting) and AI-assisted coding.
• You have implemented machine learning or natural language processing solutions through agents and assistants in a production environment.
• You are experienced with DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, and Test-Automation to drive incremental and fast-paced value generation.
• You possess great communication skills based on empathy, respect and need, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
