  • You generate and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold/warm calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
  • You conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • You Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • You collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • You provide insights and feedback to enhance sales processes and improve targeting efforts.
  • You utilize CRM, Cadence, and other tools provided to track prospect interactions and manage lead data effectively.
  • You occasionally attend tradeshows and expand inbound contacts using Zoom Info.
  • You meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.

Because you have a lot to offer!

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in software sales development BDR/SDR role.
  • You have a Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • You have Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • You have Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and information-networking tools like LinkedIn and Zoom-Info.
  • You are Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger and passion for driving business growth.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have related experience in Mar-tech, Digital asset management, product management software, BI, or Adobe Software.
