Salesforce Administrator (f/m/d)

  • You oversee Salesforce architecture and administration, ensuring system integrity, security, and scalability. You configure user access, security settings, and workflows using tools like Flows and Process Builder. You also implement advanced features like CPQ and conduct system audits to ensure data hygiene.
  • You optimize Salesforce CPQ for efficient product configuration and quoting. You also manage integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) for seamless data flow and order processing.
  • You create and maintain dashboards for actionable sales insights. Support the SDR team with real-time reporting on lead progress and performance metrics. Develop custom reports to analyze sales metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • You are the primary support for the SDR team, automating lead routing and workflows. You also assist with marketing automation tool integrations to ensure smooth lead management.
  • You optimise and enhance Salesforce workflows for better collaboration across teams. Implement best practices to improve system performance and remove inefficiencies
  • You collaborate with stakeholders of Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Provide training and support to ensure effective platform use across teams.

Because you have a lot to offer!

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and a minimum 1 year of expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
  • You can optimize Salesforce for Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on automation and lead management.
  • You have experience in designing Salesforce workflows, including lead routing.
  • You have strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
  • You are proficient in automation tools like Flows and Process Builder.
  • You have Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce CPQ Specialist (preferred), Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • You have advanced reporting and analytics skills to create dashboards and reports.
  • You have experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and advanced features.
  • You have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
