Contract and Renewal Manager (f/m/d)

  • You maintain a 4-month rolling forecast and track renewal sales activities.
  • You collaborate with the customer success manager and account executive on client renewal scenarios.
  • You report to senior management on account portfolios, focusing on goals and recommended adjustments.
  • You address inquiries from the business operations manager, account executives, and leadership regarding renewals.
  • You partner with sales and customer success teams to promote multi-year subscription renewals and upsells.
  • You ensure contract accuracy by working with the Business Practice and Legal teams.
  • You prepare proposals, renewal rate calculations, and contracts.
  • You manage legal documents and assist in editing Censhare templates and policies.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams on offerings and contracts.
  • You support contract management and negotiate terms aligned with company objectives.
  • You maintain organized digital contract files and summarize complex agreements for stakeholders.
  • You monitor performance, analyze sales data, and track key contract deadlines.
  • You serve as a contact for offerings, resolving issues and coordinating communications.
  • You assist in dispute resolution and contract changes.
  • You provide training on legal topics to enhance organisational awareness.

Because you have a lot to offer!

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Law or Accounting.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in offering management and contracts, ideally in a software product company or an IT business environment.
  • You understand contract law and legal principles, sales and marketing principles, business operations and strategic goals.
  • You have an analytical mindset with experience in using information to drive decisions and optimize offerings.
  • You can work cross-functionally with various teams, legal and sales.
  • You have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
