For over five years, R+V Versicherung has leveraged censhare to optimize its content management processes, achieving a 50% reduction in related costs and time. The flexible, centralized digital asset management (DAM) and print production system seamlessly integrated into R+V’s existing infrastructure, eliminating duplicate assets, resolving data inconsistencies, and providing a single source of truth. By centralizing print production processes and integrating all agencies onto one platform, R+V gained comprehensive access to its data and reduced inefficiencies. Additionally, the censhare framework, ready for AWS services, enables future automation and expanded functionality for marketing content production.

A completely cloud-based system

It soon became clear that censhare could offer R+V Versicherung much more than just storage functions, able to centrally deliver content to other marketing systems directly from the cloud and therefore in the position to provide the foundation for R+V Versicherung’s entire marketing technology stack and opening up limitless possibilities for development.

So, while R+V Versicherung is already feeling the benefits of the foundational DAM and Headless CMS in place (as well as internal teams, the censhare system is now used by more than 20 external agencies), the organization is now looking at implementing more extensive automation and new use cases, with print production management being a high priority. Marketing Technology Manager, Sascha Kämmerer, believes automated content creation will bring huge benefits throughout the entire briefing, production and approval process, especially when working with multiple brands, sales channels and partner portals.
