While in Paris, celebrating the successful year we have had there, I was fortunate enough to sit down with Frédéric Lezy, Head of Digital Group at Elior Group.
We are fortunate to have plenty of advocates within our client community, happy to chat about their censhare experience, some of whom share their projects and experience on video, as you can see in the client success section of our website.
While in Paris, celebrating the successful year we have had there, I was fortunate enough to sit down with Frédéric Lezy, Head of Digital Group at Elior Group, a global business in the contracted food and support services industry, to chat about their censhare project for this video series.
Elior Group, which operates in 16 countries, is faced with a complex content challenge, with 127,000 employees serving 5.5 million customers every day in 25,000 restaurants and points of sale. Not only do they have the complexity of scale and multiple languages, but also different menus, recipes, ingredients and prices across these locations in both digital and print.
In addition, Frédéric discusses the information management challenge of sharing the provenance of their food, “from farm to fork” to use their phrase, and he shares how the censhare semantic database is the answer to their challenge.
It’s a fascinating project. I really enjoyed our conversation and I’m delighted that Frédéric joined us on Inside censhare – hope you enjoy the video!
