Inside censhare: No politics & No Silos 4Eva

This week on Inside censhare, I am again slipping into my suit jacket as I meet another member of the board – Eva Wittka, our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

We’ve talked to a few members of Eva’s team on Inside censhare, learned a bit about our customer service and IT teams, but this time I chat to the boss and get an overview of what it’s like to run such a large and diverse team comprising of over 30 different nationalities and serving our external and internal customers across the globe.

With her primary responsibility of enabling the success of our clients, Eva and her team create the customer experience that is working with censhare, and as the leader of internal operations and IT, she also plays a big role in the employee experience as well.

Having been with us for 3 months, I asked her about her own experience of working for censhare so far and her enthusiastic reply reveals a lot about the censhare culture: no-silos and no politics. With her 20 years of industry experience, working for some great companies, this is high praise indeed.
