Inside censhare: Special Guest, Cathy McKnight

This week we continue our short series of going outside censhare with another extended interview with one of our guest speakers from ecosphere days 2017.

In the chair this week is Cathy McKnight, Co-Founder and Vice President of Consulting Operations from analyst, research and consulting firm, Digital Clarity Group.

It’s always a pleasure to chat to Cathy. Unlike some industry watchers, Cathy’s insight comes from direct client experience and in this short video she teases us with some of the things she is working on and what she is seeing with her current clients.

As Cathy shares, this client based insight comes from a DCG Initiative called VOCalis, which digs into the entire technology implementation project, focusing not just on the technology (as many other analysts do) but also analyzing the holistic implementation and the vendor partners who play a crucial role in the success of projects.

As Cathy observes (and many of us industry veterans would agree):

Even with the world’s best technology, a mediocre team will deliver a mediocre implementation.
