Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

  • You manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term operation.
  • You analyze customer data to enhance their experience and handle de-escalation.
  • You are responsible for migrating customers from old SLA contracts to new SLA contracts.
  • You upsell additional services and products based on the brand image.
  • You build strong client relationships and support their transition to active accounts.
  • You provide product knowledge, and demonstrations, and promote upselling.
  • You collaborate in creating training courses and educational materials.
  • You review customer feedback and seek opportunities for improvement.

  • You have technical proficiency and experience related to the censhare product or proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
  • You have strong communication and empathy skills in dealing with customers: the ability to proactively manage customer expectations, recognize their needs, and translate them into action.
  • You draw your enthusiasm from the satisfaction of your customers, have a high customer orientation, and can build long-term relationships.
  • You have strong conflict management and conflict resolution skills.
  • You have a passion for people, initiative, and a willingness to think outside the box.
  • You can work well under pressure and remain calm and focused on the essentials.
  • You can communicate technical and business challenges and solutions clearly and confidently.
