  • You own the selling cycle and pipeline management, accurately in the CRM system, for the partner business within your region.
  • You foster further the joint Go-to-Market approach with our partner network and increase the collaboration and vertical best practices within the dedicated partner network to grow the business.
  • You define new routes to market and drive new partner recruitment to increase market coverage in each region, scale the market penetration and grow customer value and business.
  • You drive joint business planning with the partners as well as quarterly business review, covering the Go-To-Market activities, the resource capacity and continuing enablement path with the partners.
  • You manage and actively drive cross-functional alignment with your peers, providing transparency of partner profiles, targets and respective engagements.
  • You build close business relations with our leading partners, acting as strategic advisor for mid- and long-term strategic growth planning.
  • You are working towards reaching your sales quota, and you can forecast in a reliable way to reach your own and company goals.

  • You are a 5-plus year experienced Partner Account Manager, ideally in a B2B software sales environment, in SaaS enterprise sales..
  • You understand indirect sales methodology and sales cycles and can show a track record of closing Mid- to Large Enterprise opportunities.
  • You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working, even under time pressure, in a constantly evolving business.
  • You are data-driven and results-oriented utilizing the capabilities of CRM systems and business analytics tools.
  • You are self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situations.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
