IT Internal Systems Engineer(f/m/d)

• You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring reliable operation across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• You will contribute to the development and execution of automation scripts and tools to improve system deployments, updates, and routine maintenance, reducing manual effort.
• You will oversee the setup, deployment, and lifecycle management of software applications, using tools like FileWave to ensure seamless updates and integration.
• You will enhance access management by implementing and refining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
• You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and excellent user experience.
• You will participate in system updates and upgrades, working closely with software vendors to align with security standards and business objectives.
• You will actively support server operations for internally used services, ensuring performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related technical role, with hands-on experience in mixed-device environments (MacOS, Windows, and Linux).
• You are proficient in scripting or automation tools for improving IT workflows, such as system deployments and routine updates.
• You have experience in managing software lifecycles and implementing secure access management practices.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, excelling in environments where teamwork drives success.
