Team Lead Software Development Frontend (f/m/d)

• You architect, implement, optimize and maintain our frontend framework from the ground up.

• You lead your team by example and strive to find good solutions for new and existing problems.
• You mentor your team by conducting regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews and technical guidance.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent work experience.
• You have 8+ years of experience in frontend and backend software development.
• You have already led or mentored software engineers.
• You possess very good knowledge of the UI/UX space, Design Systems and major frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue).
• You have strong experience ranging from FE architecture patterns, infrastructure and CSS.
• You have strong TypeScript skills and knowledge in at least one other programming or scripting language.
• You have a very good understanding of building tools (webpack, turbopack, etc.), unit and integration testing (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Jest), Git, CI/CD to drive incremental and fast-paced value generation.
• You possess great communication skills based on empathy, respect and need, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• You have a lot of love in your heart for beautiful and intuitive user interfaces that are a joy to use.
