It was looking for a system which would form a central hub for all digital marketing content and product information, as well as support and streamline its lengthy and strict approval processes.
URSAPHARM decided to implement censhare, which it says has been like a “turbo booster” for marketing. Operating in a tightly regulated market, approval cycles have been shortened from one week to one day, and output has increased by around 300%. And with all marketing and product content stored in one central place, internal processes and structures have been slimmed down and sped up.
