The update focuses on integrations that offer users numerous new features and functions, making censhare more versatile than ever before.
Part of this version release is the new CI HUB Connector for censhare, which enables content stored centrally in censhare to be used seamlessly in Adobe® Creative Cloud® applications and with Microsoft® Office®. Thanks to no longer needing to switch between applications, the elimination of manual steps gives creative and business users more time to focus on content work. Despite the universal access, users can only see and use the content that is available to them. "We have added the CI HUB Connector to censhare to facilitate users' daily processes," explains Mark Zanzig, Director Product Marketing. "This expands the usage of censhare to include many more simple use cases."
The Headless CMS Content Picker plug-in, also part of the latest version, allows users to look up and further process content from a censhare system directly in any external web applications. The plug-in accesses content via censhare's Headless CMS to display the content in the external application. "The big advantage of this is that content can still be held and managed centrally, but the selection and use of content can be made in the external application, and without any media disruption," explained Joar Berge, censhare’s Head of Development Online Solutions.
In addition, censhare now uses the webpack method to bundle and compress resources for use in the browser. The optimized use of bandwidth reduces loading times, and users can work with censhare even more smoothly with better performance than before. Workflows can thus be accelerated enormously, especially in decentralized work environments.
In addition, the launch of Keycloak® as authentication service also results in significantly greater flexibility and security in the area of identity and access management.
