Over 350 members of the censhare community attended ecosphere days digital 2021 on June 9 and 10, the first ever virtual edition of censhare’s yearly customer and partner flagship event.
Living up to its motto, the event was designed to propel censhare, its customers and partners Together Towards Tomorrow, uniting participants from around the globe in taking a moment to connect and soak up insights from top brands, censhare tech partners, industry analysts, and renowned experts.
Digital sessions from the likes of Lands’ End, Oriflame, AWS, Facelift, and many more ensured a broad spectrum of industry pain points and their solutions were presented and explored by the people leading the way in resolving them in their organizations, with “Meet the Expert” Q&A sessions taking the sessions a level deeper, enabling a direct exchange between participant and speaker.
Global author and CX expert Steven van Belleghem delivered a fantastic keynote on the need for organizations to consider the importance of the long game in customer experience, and what this means for content marketing and its role in this journey. The inspiring and impactful session was matched in strength by insights from respected industry analyst Peter O’Neill, who spoke to participants about his take on how recent market developments have challenged existing content systems and strategies, and where he sees the market pivoting for future success.
In the spirit of unlocking exciting and innovative opportunities, the censhare team also took to the virtual stage to present a sneak preview of its elevated tech stack and newest product features, including the DAM Starter Kit, Headless CMS with Media Room, and AI features.
